A humbly confident Client Servicing Agent
At Custom Insurance Solutions, we enlighten and protect our community through insurance. We have an amazing team that is on a mission to serve others in this way.We are experiencing growth in the and as a result, we need to hire another Client Service Agent.This is where you come in. We are looking for full-time help with client service and administrative type work. A sampling of the types of work that needs to be done is as follows:• Talking on the phone with clients and assisting them with various policy needs
• Data entry
• Critically analyzing data to ensure it meets guidelines/standards
• Ensuring that insurance files are complete and properly filed
• Participate in our regular birthday lunch outings, movie nights, and other fun team building activities
A BIT ABOUT CUSTOM INSURANCE
Unfortunately, many of our friends and neighbors in the community have been negatively impacted from having poor insurance coverage. Being underinsured can happen for many reasons. From not having a good understanding of how insurance works and what coverages are important, not knowing enough about the insurance carrier that they are trusting with their lives and assets, to failing to regularly review one’s coverage to make sure that it is keeping up with all of their life changes over time. This is a shame and should not happen.We created Custom Insurance Solutions to fix these issues by enlightening and protecting our community through insurance. We do this by getting to know our clients, understanding their needs, empowering them with relevant information, and presenting them with terrific insurance options. Our business isn’t simply to sell an insurance policy to a customer in a transactional manner, Custom Insurance Solutions aims to build genuine relationships with clients in our community and provide insurance solutions, education, and real answers. Simply put, we seek to enlighten and protect our community through insurance.
How you will work at Custom Insurance
We work really hard to make working at Custom Insurance an amazing experience. In addition, we have a team of truly exceptional people that have a genuine care for one another. Relationships are a key to what we do- externally with our clients and internally with each team member. Here is how it operates:

This job requires you to work in front of a computer. We provide a great setup to help you be productive and complete your tasks quickly, but also, you should be able to have fun while you work. You need to enjoy your job. Sometimes administrative work is not super enjoyable. It is hard work and can get boring. So, we want you to have the liberty to entertain yourself while you work.
Up Your Game
We are serious about helping you become a master of your craft. We provide you with at least two monitors to boost productivity. But if you need a third monitor or anything else because you multitask THAT well, then you’ve got it! We all work hard. Serving people and putting others’ needs above your own through insurance is not always easy. That is why we will do whatever we can to provide you with all of the tools, equipment and training so that you are great at your job. We want you coming to work feeling like you are awesome at what you do!
Put Family First
You must ALWAYS put your family before Custom Insurance. We take this seriously. If you get a text or a call from a family member in the middle of work, and you need to be there for that family member, do it! If a child is sick at home, and you need to be at home with them, stay home! We can arrange for you to have the ability to work from home from time-to-time if needed. Custom Insurance will always support you putting your family first. Will we miss you while you are gone? YES! You will be a vital member of our team. We need dependable people who we can count on to be a part of the team. However, everyone at Custom Insurance chooses you love and support you and your family before loving the work that you do.

Pay starts at $34k+ per year depending on experienceBonus Program
Required Experience and Certifications
Although an insurance license is essential in the work we do, you are not required to have one already, and if you don't, we will help you get one. The primary prerequisite to working at Custom Insurance Solutions is being able to genuinely put others’ needs before your own. You need to be selfless.
Other Tidbits
We have a bonus plan based on the number of families in our community that we are able to enlighten and protect through insurance. Everyone on our team has the opportunity to share in the financial benefits of the hard work we put in. This bonus is on top of the base wage.We’re all adults. There is no need for rigid work hours, scheduled breaks and lunches. If you need to leave early, just ask. If you need to take a longer lunch break, do it! As long as you are getting your work done, and all of our clients are being properly cared for, that is all that matters. Put others’ needs first, do your job, and have freedom in it.We make a huge positive difference in the lives of our community.
